To help us route it, a subject line of Correction, Privacy, Legal or Advertising is useful but not required.
We aim to acknowledge within five working days. Data protection requests are answered within one month, as required by Article 12(3) GDPR.

What we cannot help with
We are an independent publisher and have no connection to the games or companies we write about. We cannot recover a game account, process a refund, respond to a support ticket or intervene with a publisher on your behalf. For any of those, contact the game's own support or the app store you bought through.
What we can do is correct something we got wrong. Please see the corrections procedure.
Reporting a problem with the site
Broken link, page that will not load, a commercial link missing its disclosure label, or anything stored in your browser that our cookie policy says should not be there — please tell us. Those reports get priority.
